Fitness Center
Set in a grand historic ballroom, our gym is spacious, serene, and never overcrowded. It features state-of-the-art equipment, including free weights, kettlebells, racks, cable machines, treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, boxing bag, and a dedicated stretching and recovery area.
Workout Classes
Our team of dynamic instructors provide a variety of fun and invigorating complimentary classes catering to all fitness levels. Multiple classes weekly including high intensity interval training, pilates, and yoga for a healthier, stronger you.
Personal Training

Locker Rooms
Separate men’s and women’s locker room facilities are located on opposite sides of the third floor, flanking the shared swimming pool. These well-appointed spaces offer a full range of amenities, including expansive showers, complimentary drinks and snacks, fresh towels, and laundry service.
FAMILY LOCKER ROOM
A dedicated family locker room allows families to enjoy privacy and convenience, featuring its own private bathroom with a full bathtub, making it ideal for parents with young children.
Indoor Heated Pool
Formerly the club’s Turkish bath, the pool is defined by soaring marble walls, soft lighting, and an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. In addition to quiet swims and relaxation, the pool also plays host to swim instruction, pool parties, and the beloved Sailing Association’s annual pool regatta.
Massage Therapy
Relax, recover, and rejuvenate with personalized massage therapy that complements your fitness routine. Our skilled therapists use targeted techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility, helping you recover faster and reduce muscle soreness.
Steam Room & Saunas
Swimming Pool
Located on the 3rd floor, the pool was an engineering marvel at the time the club was built, being the first above ground pool of it’s size. The architect enlisted the help of John A Roebling & Sons Co., who famously engineered the Brooklyn Bridge, to assist in construction.
The pool is square in shape measuring 36′ x 36′ with depths from 4’3″ to 8’6″. While not ideal for lap swimming, it’s perfectly suited for a quiet dip after your workout, or for relaxing on one of the lounge chairs waterside.

6 Singles Squash Courts
As one of the largest private squash facilities in the country, the club is where some of the best players in the world come to train.
1 Doubles Squash Court
The game of squash doubles was invented at the club in 1907 by Frederick Tompkins. Today it is a popular game of tactics and fitness that is exciting to both watch and play.
Court Tennis
Known globally as real tennis, court tennis is the centuries-old predecessor to modern lawn tennis —a fascinating and challenging sport.
Racquets
Born in London’s 18th-century prisons, Racquets has evolved into one of the world’s fastest sports. Test your hand-eye coordination on what is agreed to be the best court in the world.
