Fitness Center

For club members, the use of the equipment is included with the cost of membership with no additional fees.   The space is designed to help members reach their fitness goals with first-class equipment that includes; treadmills and ellipticals, free weights, and strength-training equipment.  Adjacent to the Fitness Center, there is a boxing room that has a heavy bag and a speed bag.

Additionally, members have access to complimentary classes throughout the week which include Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training, Morning Intensity, Mat Pilates, and Full Body Fitness.

Director of Fitness 

Chris Campli is the Director of Fitness for The Racquet Club through its partnership with HealthEase.  Chris manages all of the club’s non-racquet-related fitness programming.

An experienced fitness professional, Chris earned his B.S. degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences from West Chester University and his M.S. degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as a Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Chris is on-site in the Fitness Center throughout the week and will provide customized exercise programs, fitness assessments, personal training, and group exercise instruction for members of the Racquet Club.
