Wine Club Holiday Dinner

December 6, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The annual RCOP Wine Club Holiday Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6th at 6:30 pm and it’s sure to be festive! This year we will have our dinner in the Gold Leaf Room and we encourage you to bring a bottle of your favorite sparkling wine and a bottle either red or white to share with your immediate dinner companions.

Raw Bar:
• A variety of fresh Oysters shucked to order at the station. Served with all the condiments.

$3.00 per piece.

First Course:
Arugula Frisse Salad – Orange Segments, Gorgonzola Cheese, Candy Spicy Almonds toasted in Orange Citrus Vinaigrette

Entrée: (Your choice of)
• Rosemary Pan Seared Flank Steak – Haricot Vert, Red Pickle Onions and Monterrey Cheese Mash Potatoes
• Tarragon Mint Cod – Haricot Vert, Red Pickle Onions and Monterrey Cheese Mash Potatoes
• Creamy Ricotta Lasagna – Ricotta Cheese, Spinach and Broccoli

Dessert:
Assortment of Holiday Cookies

$40++ per person
