Wine Club Holiday Dinner

The annual RCOP Wine Club Holiday Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9th at 6:30 pm and it’s sure to be festive! This year we will have our dinner in the Gold Leaf Cafe and we encourage you to bring a bottle of your favorite sparkling wine and a bottle either red or white to share with your immediate dinner companions.

Below is the menu for the evening:

Raw Bar:

  • A variety of fresh Oysters shucked to order at the station. Served with all the condiments. ($3.00 per piece.)


  • Farmer Greens with  Rye Croutons, Goat Cheese and Rehydrated Cranberries Seasonal Salad

Entrée: (Please indicate which entrée when making your reservation):

  • Steak au Poivre with Mashed Potatoes and Haricots Verts
  • Roasted Salmon with Blackberries
  • Chicken Piccata
  • Whole Roasted Hen of the Woods Mushroom over Castle Valley Mill Polenta, Brown Butter and Parmesan Cheese


  • Christmas Cookies with Cheese Display

The cost is $40++ per person.
