The October Supper Club features a $45 four-course tasting menu focused on local, seasonal ingredients. The theme this month is Pumpkin. An optional beverage pairing will be available.

Menu

Pumpkin Bread
First Course: Pumpkin Seed Tartlett with Spinach and Ricotta
Second Course: Sous Vide Pumpkin with Pork Belly and Fall Spices
Entree: Pumpkin Tortelloni in a Truffle Butter Sauce
Dessert: Pumpkin Semi Freddo with Pecan Brittle and Vanilla
