The first in our new pairing dinner series, our in-house wine expert Carmen Picard will lead a four course dinner with wine pairings. 1st Course – Vouvray Sec, Domaine Champalou, Loire Valley, France
Paired with: Mackerel Crudo
2nd Course – Pinot Noir and Gamay, Cave Spring, Niagara Peninsula, Canada
Paired with: Winter Salad with Grilled Squash, Onion, Barley, and Trevisiano Leaf
3rd Course – Sangioveto and Canaiolo, Castellare, Chianti Classico, Italy
Paired with: Wild Boar Ragu over Fazzoletti and Caramelized Pears and Parmesan
4th Course – Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Zardetto, Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Italy
Paired with: Brandy Pannacotta served with Apricot Sauce and Smoked Almonds
