The Club is excited to announce a one-time complimentary Muay Thai Kickboxing Self Defense Class to our members.
Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand and also the country’s official sport. It is rich in tradition and one of the most practical styles of self-defense. The technique is cross of punching, kicking, knees, elbows, ab work, push-ups, and techniques all designed to sculpt your body while learning a 2000 year old martial art.
Muay Thai Kickboxing classes provide: self-defense, excellent fitness, and FUN!
Whether you are beginning your fitness journey or you are a seasoned athlete, Muay Thai Kickboxing will help you reach your fitness goals. In the average 1 hour class, you can expect to burn up to 1000 calories.
